No complaints about the shipping or payment. Instructions were simple enough, not really complicated to put together. But there are a lot of steps for assembly and took awhile..just a lot of screws and wood pegs. My only complaint is that there were scratches on 2 boards that I assume were facing each other in the box. Of course, they were the front 2 pieces. I didn't realize til it was nearly completely assembled, and didn't feel like hassling with disassembly to attempt to return it since it had taken me so long to assemble it in the first place.
It looks good besides the scratches, serves it's purpose, holds quite a bit of DVDs, and seems sturdy enough. Would have been perfect if it weren't for the scratches and long assembly time.
